Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders placed before 1pm GMT (Mon to Fri) will be processed and shipped the same day via registered post.  All orders will be shipped within 24 hours and most items are received within 3 working days. If the case arises that we are out of stock on a certain item you will be notified immediately by email.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes - Sorry.  As always if you have any queries with regard to any aspect of your order please contact us at help@planetauto.ie.  We endeavour to answer your email on the same day.

Ireland  0-30kgs   €5.00

NI           0-5kgs     €9.99

NI           5-20kgs   €19.99

UK          0-5kg      €9.99

UK          5-20kg    €29.99

Eur      1kg €13.50 and €1.65 per kg after.

USA 1kg  €14.50 and €1.75 per kg after.

Ireland next day deliveries

UK 2-3 days  

USA  5-7 working days.

Returns

In the event that you wish to return your goods we will accept the goods sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. We are not able to accept the return of goods unless they are in their original packaging.  We do ask that you please contact us first at returns@planetauto.ie  with the order number  to let us know that the product is being returned along with your name, address and reason for returning it. We will then issue you with a return address to send it to. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. Unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.  No refunds can be given until return goods have been received. Once received we will refund you within 48 to the original card the payment came from.
